In my life I have experienced many things. Through extreme health difficulties, close to death experiences, loss, love and many awakenings. The lessons are never ending. The understandings are never ending. Being open to the lessons, not being attached to them or letting them weaken us, but lifting our wisdom, compassion, pour forgiveness, and understanding is the Key to Freedom.

As long as we see ourselves separate or different from others we will never find or feel deep connection, compassion, peace, or love. Through many experiences, especially my Kundalini awakening, was shuttled out of my body - became one with the universe. Feeling all natural energies. Feeling the trees, grass, clouds, and the wind felt so powerful when it wasn’t a windy day.

Early my Kundalini awakening, if I turned my palms to the sky, the energy that radiated into my hands and the travelled throughout my body was amazing. My hands felt like they were on fire. This was the prana coming through the Hridaya. The prana travels to the heart chakra and throat chakra. This divine energy we all have access to.

This most incredibly powerful energy connects us all. Think about this - when we smile at each other, often, if we are in the present moment, we will feel lifted in energy and happiness. This divine energy is very healing. Even when we yawn at each other, often the person that looks at the person yawning, will connect and also yawn. This is the amazing divine prana or energy.

‘Upeksha’ means everyone is equal. Each soul is connected. Each soul is is actually one with self, one with each other and one with God!


The awakened should does not want for anything material, nothing. The only thing of value are each other, our health, wildlife, and our beautiful earth.
Happiness, peace, and our daily practices, and bing in the present state of mind and in nature, are the gifts of life.

To me LOVE is the most powerful energy we can experience. Being in the Love State brings healing, better health, the highest form of energy, and the highest form of alive Present Consciousness we can share with another soul.

All teachings talk of and support Single Minded Life. No or minimal amount of human touch, making love etc. My experience, and now knowing is that God gave us Love, and Love is the most powerful connection in every way in out life.

When I say ‘knowing’, I am not a believer anymore. The Kundalini awakening has given me the gift of knowing and the incredible experience. I was a believer and reader of many different religious paths. I prayed to Jesus as a child every day - this came from my beautiful mother. Mum raised us to follow Jesus and Buddhas teachings.

Connecting with another beautiful soul that you are love with creates an amazing experience that can take each other to paradise. A paradise of deep love. A Blissful state of Consciousness. A surrendering of Mind, Body, and Soul. The deepest depth of connection of pure LOVE, togetherness, and awareness of each other to another level.

I pray for the consciousness of every soul to awaken to this great Truth of Oneness. Oneness of Peace, one’s of compassion, oneness of happiness and oneness of love, for each other and for our mother earth.
